An examination in Londrina
Before surgery, we meet at my clinic in Londrina. I examine your face, review your health information, and confirm the plan we have discussed.

Your first step
Before surgery, we meet at my clinic in Londrina. I examine your face, review your health information, and confirm the plan we have discussed.
Find the clinic →You can speak with me while you are still at home. Video consultations usually last about 40 minutes and are scheduled on Saturday mornings in Londrina time.
This is a preliminary assessment. An in-person examination is required before surgery.
Tell my team your country, city, and time zone. We will help coordinate a consultation time and explain how to join the call.

I want you to have room to explain your concerns, ask questions, and understand my recommendations. This video introduces the setting and the care behind our first meeting. The video is spoken in Portuguese.
Traveling to Brazil
We discuss your needs first, then coordinate the examination in Londrina, testing, and possible dates. Confirm those arrangements with my team before booking flights.
My team can suggest a hotel or Airbnb and a driver. You arrange and pay for these services separately from your treatment.
Plan to have a responsible adult with you during recovery. If you cannot bring someone, ask my team about arranging a caregiver separately before you travel.
Your early appointments take place in Londrina, with support for dressings and postoperative care. After you return home, follow-up can continue online through the first year.
Patient experiences
These patients share their own experiences in Portuguese. The short excerpts below are English translations of their words.
“I’m starting to feel like myself again. I’m starting to enjoy looking in the mirror again.”
“I really liked the procedure. It was worth it.”
“And I don’t use filters anymore. It’s wonderful. You don’t have to touch up a video.”
As you listen, make a note of the questions you would like to ask about your own care.
Before you schedule
No. Our consultation is a chance to discuss your concerns and expectations. I explain the relevant options, limitations, risks, and recovery before you make a decision.
My team confirms the consultation fee and payment arrangements when you schedule. If we begin by video, the preoperative in-person assessment in Londrina does not carry a second consultation fee. The surgical quote is separate and follows my assessment.
No. A video call lets us begin the conversation and form a preliminary plan. I still need to examine you in person, review your tests, and confirm the surgical indication before operating.
Write down your questions and have your current medication list, relevant test results, allergies, and previous surgery history available for the consultation. Choose a private, well-lit space with a reliable connection. My team will explain any photographs needed and how to access the call; avoid sending sensitive records in the initial inquiry form.
For a deep plane facelift, arrive two days before surgery. The in-person consultation and photographs take place the day before. Plan at least 12 days after surgery; 14 postoperative days are preferable if you can stay longer. These intervals are planning guidance, not a guarantee that you will be ready to fly. I assess your recovery before you leave. Other procedures may require a different schedule.
Arrange a responsible adult to support you during recovery. If no one can travel with you, my team can suggest a caregiver for a separate arrangement. Please organize this before your trip rather than assuming it is included.
No. Flights, hotel or Airbnb, transportation, and a companion or caregiver are booked and paid for separately. My team can offer suggestions, including a driver. We do not operate a recovery house.
I operate at Hospital do Coração, Bela Suíça unit, in Londrina. Consultations take place at Zamarian Clinic. The clinic address below is not the hospital admission address; my team provides the hospital instructions for your surgery.
I see you in person during your stay in Londrina. After you leave, follow-up can continue online through the first postoperative year. My team and I provide postoperative WhatsApp support 24 hours a day. Remote contact cannot replace urgent local care when an examination or emergency treatment is needed.
Confirm the consultation, testing, surgical dates, length of stay, accommodation, and companion or caregiver with my team. Check Brazil’s current entry requirements with the Brazilian consulate responsible for your country. Share your country and time zone so we can coordinate the planning.
The quote depends on the assessment and proposed surgical plan. After the consultation, my team explains the procedures, what is included, and payment arrangements. We distinguish treatment costs from the consultation, travel, and accommodation.
