Sending results ahead of time can make the visit more useful, but it does not replace my examination. Before surgery, I review the information, examine you, confirm the surgical plan, take the planning photographs, and answer your remaining questions. A video consultation begins that process; it does not complete the physical assessment.
For the international facelift journey, plan to arrive two days before surgery, with the in-person consultation and photographs on the day before. That short local interval is a reason to organize the requested information early, not a promise that any unresolved issue can be dealt with overnight. We will discuss what needs attention before you travel.
If surgery is postponed or your health changes, ask whether any assessment or result must be updated. Avoid assuming that the original checklist remains valid indefinitely. The patient journey explains how this review fits into admission and continuing follow-up.
